Himeno, Princess Pretear Hair: Pink, shaped like upside-down tulip Eyes: Pink Himeno goes to high school and is a martial artist. Her favorite ice cream is double green-tea-and-kimchi and fermented soybean yogurt with chocolate chipping topping. Himeno's mother died when Himeno was very young. Recently, her father remarried to a very rich woman. Himeno had a hard time adjusting to having two new step-sisters and living in a mansion. Himeno is a bit stubborn, but it helps her to be determined. Himeno has a tendancy to hide her unhappy feelings behind a mask of cheerfulness. Although she is always very kind and considerate, Himeno often doesn't tell people what she is really feeling. This may be because she has a big responsibility and feels the need to be strong and protective. |

Hayate, Knight of Wind Hair: Dark purple-blue, tied in low pony-tail Eyes: Deep blue Not much is known about Hayate's hobbies, but he does sculpting for Himeno's father occasionally. Hayate is a handyman at Himeno's home. Hayete's bad experience with love left him very closed towards other people. His relationship with the other Leife Knights seems mutual, and he kept his feelings towards Himeno a secret until the end. Hayete has a calm, cold exterior and is a great fighter. |

Sasame, Knight of Sound Hair: White, short Eyes: Purple, wears glasses Sasame works at a local radio station as the host of Sasame's Words-Get (also alternatively known as Sasame's Words-Gate). Sasame is yet another person who keeps his feelings to himself (Hm, starting to see a theme here...). Though it is not shown until the end, throughout the entire series Sasame is in a struggle to chose between the one he loves and the Leife Knights. In the end, he risks everything for love. |

Kei, Knight of Light Hair: Blonde, worn in high ponytail Eyes: Gold Kei is a game programmer, and once designed a program that can track the location of mayouchi, the monsters made by Saihi. Kei is smart, philosophical and very feminine (from the high-heels to the hair). Personality wise, that is. During the series, Kei gives the impression of not likeing children and having a deep respect for females. He is very smart, though could be considered some what vain, because his office cubicle is full of pictures and items of himself. |

Mannen, Knight of Ice Hair: White, short Eyes: Lavender Mannen likes to play jokes on people, and has a hard time staying up late. It is very easy to bribe Mannen, whether its with respect or chocolate ice cream. Mannen is very defensive of his actions and also extremely stubborn. He often defies Goh because he wants to be considered as an adult. However, his tricks and/or false stories are usually spoiled by Hajime and Shin. He doesn't usually take responsibility for his actions, unless the consequences put another person in danger. |

Hajime, Knight of Water Hair: Orange, worn long in front and short in back Eyes: Aqua blue Hajime, like all the children Leife Knights, likes ice cream. Hajime is the second youngest Knight, and is also very quiet. He is almost always seen with Shin and Mannen. Both Hajime and Shin try to respect Goh and the other Leife Knights, but usually get caught up in Mannen's practical jokes. |

Shin, Knight of Plants Hair: Pale blonde, bowl-cut Eyes: Green Shin is soooooo cute! Shin seems to like ice cream, cookies, and bananas. He falls a sleep quickly because he is very young. Shin is the youngest Leife Knight, and has a lot of responisbility for such a small child. He is very quiet and often seems to be thoughtful. Shin regards Himeno, Hajime and Mannen as his older siblings. Shin tends to cry very quickly, but is also easy to please. As the Knight of Plants, Shin always wears his amulet, which allows him to cast spells. In the anime, he never officially Pres with Himeno. However, at one point he lends his leife to Himeno, and because of that she momentarily is the Plant Pretear. Check out the episode 13 screen shots to see a picture. Spells: |
